Breakfast will be served as early as 0630 a.m., followed by a picnic lunch, as the whole day will be spent exploring the Masai Mara, one of the world's seven wonders.
This game reserve is Kenya's most beautiful wildlife refuge. Over 450 species of animals have been reported here, including migrants. The Mara plains are home to migrant wildebeest and zebra, as well as year-round wildlife. The Mara's gentle fertile climate, which is bounded by The Rift, provides perhaps the richest stocked reserve in Africa, with 1672 square kilometers of wildlife viewing.
The Maasai Mara is a wildlife preserve situated 268 kilometers west of Nairobi. Among the Lion, Buffalo, Thompson Gazelle, Zebra, and Topi are herds of enormous elephants. Black Rhino can be seen on rare occasions.
Hippos play on the banks of the Mara River, while Cross relaxes. A million Wildebeest migrate north last year, after the rains. Back to the camp or Lodge for dinner and a night's sleep after enjoying the forest.
