6 Days Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru – Amboseli Safari

You will be picked up at the airport. Accommodation prior to the start of the tour may be arranged at an additional cost.

Early in the morning, depart Nairobi for a journey south through the Great Rift Valley's surface, with a 20-minute stop at the Rift Valley View Point. Continue to Masai Mara. Arrive in Masai Mara in plenty of time for lunch, and after a quick check-in to your quarters, head out for a game watching introduction in the early evening.

A complete day of game viewing in the lush, tree-lined grasslands and rolling hills. The Masai Mara reserve is famous for its large herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs, but it also has a large number of elephants and almost every kind of wildlife found in Kenya. Visit a Masai village in the late afternoon to learn about their culture and, if desired, sample their daces. Both meals and lodging are included in the camp.

After breakfast, you'll depart for Lake Nakuru, stopping for a game drive along the way. Lunch will be eaten in a picnic setting. You'll arrive in Lake Nakuru in the late afternoon, just in time for dinner. With its large population of birds, Lake Nakuru is known as a bird watcher's paradise, with the most notable being the thousands of flamingos that form a stunning deep pink coloration along the lake's margins. Aside from the flamingos, the lake is home to over 400 different bird species. The Rothschild's Giraffe, Black and White Rhino, Waterbuck, Reedbuck, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Baboon, and many other plains game animals can all be seen in the park.

After breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park. Today you have a long and relaxing drive ahead of you! You'll pause along the way to see the Great Rift Valley and other scenic spots. Lunch will be served at Nairobi's popular Carnivore restaurant. We will go on a short game drive when we arrive in Amboseli, with potential views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the backdrop if the weather permits.

We will set off for another extensive game drive, and bask under the sun while taking in the magnificent view of the snow peaked Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, from Wildebeest to Giraffes and Baboons among many others.

You will depart for Nairobi after an early morning breakfast and catch a game drive as you exit the park. In the afternoon, you'll arrive in Nairobi, just in time for lunch.
